We offer White-Glove Delivery for all large items. This includes scheduled delivery, professional room placement, and removal of all packaging materials to ensure a seamless experience.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, MaeMae Studio ships within the continental United States. For international inquiries regarding our smaller decor and tech collections, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured. If your mirror or furniture arrives with any defects, please notify the delivery team immediately or contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a priority replacement.
Are the rug textures suitable for high-traffic areas?
Our Geometric and Shag collections are crafted for both luxury and durability. While our high-pile rugs are incredibly plush, they are woven to resist shedding and maintain their structure in living spaces.
How do I clean my MaeMae Studio rug?
For daily care, we recommend light vacuuming without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended once a year to preserve the fibers.
Does the floor mirror require wall mounting?
Our arched floor mirrors are designed with a weighted base for stability as leaners. However, for added safety, each mirror includes a discreet anti-tip kit for wall anchoring.
How often should I replace the air purifier filters?
To maintain optimal air quality, we recommend replacing the HEPA filters every 6 to 8 months, depending on usage and environment.
Is the Atmosphere Tech collection energy efficient?
Yes. Our air purifiers are designed with smart-sensor technology that adjusts fan speeds based on real-time air quality, minimizing energy consumption while maximizing performance.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
As we move quickly to prepare your curated pieces, changes must be made within 12 hours of order placement.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping fees for large furniture items may apply.
